Cooking Sessions at the CIL

KULO COOKERY POSTER_2016Our group members at the Knowsley User Led Organisation will be hosting free Cookery Sessions in 2016.

Our sessions will take place every Monday from 10 – 12pm at the Centre for Independent Living (CIL), Huyton and are available to anyone who lives in Knowsley.

“I can’t wait to start, I just need some new ideas for things to make and knowing what healthy choices I can make to the food I prepare.  I like cooking for myself but I get tired of making and eating the same old things”, say’s Drew, who has booked a place for the weekly cooking sessions.

Our Cookery Sessions are fully accessible and inclusive and will take place in the CIL showroom kitchen area, which has been designed for people with a wide range of disabilities.

With limited places available, we’d like to continue to make these sessions happen at the centre throughout March and April 2016.

To book a place, please contact Jim on 07712 889 302 and don’t forget if you have any access requirements to enable you to take part, let us know.
